1. Agreement to Terms

2. Scope of Services
Santol Edge specializes in custom artificial intelligence systems, full-stack web and SaaS development, mobile applications, AI voice agents, and autonomous workflow automation. Specific project scopes, milestones, deliverables, and service levels are defined in separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Client Services Agreements executed between the parties.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written Statement of Work:
- Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, application source code, and bespoke assets created specifically for the client transfer entirely to the client.
- Pre-existing IP: Santol Edge retains all rights to its pre-existing libraries, proprietary workflow frameworks, design tokens, and general engineering methodology.
- Website Content: All branding, graphics, and editorial content on santoledge.com are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary API credentials, hosting environments, and domain authorizations required for project execution. Clients warrant that all data and content provided to Santol Edge does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Santol Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our services, including third-party API outages (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio, or cloud providers).
